A narrow galley space in a 1920s building, original cast iron pipes behind the walls and strict co-op board rules that required permits for everything. We navigated it all and delivered white shaker cabinets with a black countertop and subway tile backsplash — right on schedule.

From Cracked Floors
to Marble Perfection
One of our most rewarding Bronx projects was a conference room floor transformation. The client had a sunroom-style community space with a cracked, uneven concrete floor that had been patched and re-patched for years. It looked tired and worn — not the impression you want to make.
We stripped everything back to the subfloor, leveled the surface completely and installed large format white marble porcelain tiles from wall to wall. Natural light poured across the whole room. The space went from something people apologized for to something they were proud to show off.
